Feed Audit Lab
Google suspends Merchant Center without warning.
See what Google sees, first.
We crawl your public store the way Google does and find the mismatches that trigger Misrepresentation suspensions: price, stock, structured data, policies, contact details. No account access, nothing to install.
Request an auditAudit · USD 99 · fix list within 48 hours
Every product page and every policy page, checked the way a crawler reads them, with a prioritised list of exactly what to change and where.
Re-check after your fixes · included
Once you have made the changes, we run the audit again at no charge so you can see whether anything was missed.
What we check
- Structured-data price (
JSON-LD offers.price,og:price) against the price a shopper sees, across every variant and every market - Structured-data availability against what the buy button actually does
- Scarcity and urgency claims: static "only 3 left" counters, countdowns that never end, "x sold in the last 8 hours" on pages that never change
- Business identity: postal address, phone, trading name on the contact page
- Return, shipping, terms and privacy pages: present, linked, reachable, not a 404
- Leftover theme placeholders and copy that contradicts the product
- Brand and replica wording in titles and descriptions
What a finding looks like
| Severity | Finding | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| High | Product page shows "Only 0 left in stock" while Add to cart is active and structured data says InStock | Bind the counter to real inventory or remove it |
| High | Contact page lists a trading name and an email only, no postal address | Add a physical address and a second contact method |
| Medium | Countdown reads "End in: 151D 8H" on a permanent sale | Remove the timer or give the sale a real end date |
Every finding in your report comes with the page URL and the exact wording we found on it. No finding without evidence.
Why it matters
Google's Misrepresentation policy can suspend an account on detection, without prior warning, and the notice rarely names the specific trigger. Services that repair a suspension after the fact advertise from around USD 1,000. Checking first costs USD 99.
What we do not do
- We have no affiliation with Google and no influence over any review or appeal.
- We do not promise that you will not be suspended, and we do not promise reinstatement.
- We never ask for Merchant Center, Google Ads or store admin access. We read only what is publicly visible.
- We do not report anyone to Google.
Questions we get asked
How do you know about my store?
We look at publicly accessible pages of stores that run Google Shopping, and we contact the business address published on the site. Reply STOP and we remove you immediately.
My account is already suspended. Can you fix it?
We do not handle appeals. What we can do is show you every public inconsistency on the site, which is what an appeal has to address. Reply "suspended" and we will send the checklist we use, free.
Can I just fix the one thing you mentioned?
You can, and it costs nothing. But policy assessment looks at the whole site, so a single fix does not clear the rest. That is what the full audit is for.
